Sarah has been treating me after I had a fall, I also have other physical problems. My initial assessment was very thorough. We discussed my aims and goals, and how to achieve them. Receiving treatment in my home environment, Sarah was able to appreciate my everyday challenges. This meant my program of treatment was tailored to my needs. It wasn't just my physical treatment we worked on, but also building up my confidence to reach my goals. I am now well on the way to recovery. Thank you Sarah.
I have known Sarah for many years, and during this time she has provided me with guidance and advice on various ailments; such as feet, knees, upper torso, back and hips. She is always personable in character, professional and meticulous in her analysis of her patients. Her key asset is finding out the individual's medical history and background which enables her to get to the route of the issue(s), opposed to providing treatment by guessing. Sarah is only interested in the long term recovery rather than the short term remedy. Will definitely recommend.
I recently attended a 4-week training course on Menopause and one of the sub categories was Sarah's Pelvic floor & the importance of pelvic floor exercises session. I was taken aback at how seemingly common this problem is for woman but how uncommon it is for woman to take action and deal with this debilitating problem.
I found Sarah's session very informative and her delivery was very personal and relaxed. I consider Sarah to be someone I could easily approach about a topic such as this and have gone on to tell friends and family about her and the physio that she offers. I would say the takeaway from Sarah's session was that just because pelvic floor problems are common, that doesn't make them normal. The more awareness that can be raised around this subject, the better!
