I really enjoy educating people on their pelvic health and pelvic floor function. I have delivered many talks over the last 10 years to both healthcare professionals (nurses, physiotherapists, support workers, consultants and registras) and the public on pelvic health and the role of physiotherapy.
I can deliver light hearted, educational talks to a variety of groups including local communities, support groups, sports clubs and healthcare professionals. I will adapt the information to the needs of each group and make the sessions as interactive as possible, always welcoming any questions that people might have. No question is a silly question!
See below for any upcoming pelvic health talks.

Testimonial - Sharon M - March 2024
'I recently attended a 4-week training course on Menopause and one of the sub categories was Sarah's Pelvic floor & the importance of pelvic floor exercises session. I was taken aback at how seemingly common this problem is for woman but how uncommon it is for woman to take action and deal with this debilitating problem.
I found Sarah's session very informative and her delivery was very personal and relaxed. I consider Sarah to be someone I could easily approach about a topic such as this and have gone on to tell friends and family about her and the physio that she offers. I would say the takeaway from Sarah's session was that just because pelvic floor problems are common, that doesn't make them normal. The more awareness that can be raised around this subject, the better!'
